| NELSON: I was surfing the internet the other day and found out that someone in the States is already doing their own Arse Badger cartoon. There goes my idea out the window.
Sure their cartoon is a bit on the lame side, but I if I do my idea now everyone will just think that I ripped off those guys. My idea was to do this cartoon about this over friendly little Badger who always gets himself into trouble as he goes around trying to sniff the other animals arses. The other animals get really pissed off with him and try to set him up so he gets caught in a whole lot of really compromising positions in his quest to find the perfect arse to sniff. Great idea eh. To make it worse the guys in the states are doing a really lame one. They still have a really cute cartoon badger but as far as I can tell he doesn't do any dirty stuff he just has this really huge arse that he gets stuck in things all the time. I reckon my idea is heaps better. I guess I could do a New Zealand based one, but there aren't really any Badgers in NZ, and besides who wants to see a rehashed version of an overseas idea anyway? Oh well looks as though it's back to the drawing board. Maybe I could do that cartoon about a bunch of retired superheroes hamming it up in a retirement home. Now that one's bound to be a winner.  The American Arse Badger, cute but not as funny as my one. |
