| Wellington : Top investment broker Garth Williams has surprised industry analysts by admitting that he gets his tips from a rather unlikely source - his neighbour's dog Sam.
In accepting the award for top broker for 2003, Williams surprised many with his speech, which attributed his golden touch to his neighbour's portly Golden Labrador - Sam. “Each morning when I walk past my neighbours house their dog Sam comes out and greets me. Recently I have taken to telling him the name of a stock and he either tells me to “Buy Buy Buy” or “Sell Sell Sell” as the case may be.” “He is very rarely wrong,” Williams added. |
