| AUCKLAND: Penrose resident Daryl Macalister caused a storm at Westfield Whitcoulls when he returned his monthly edition of black label Penthouse complaining that the quality was not up to scratch.
Whitcoulls store manager Javed Afridi confirmed he had never encountered this situation before but reluctantly agreed to refund Macalister's money once a check of the publication revealed that the pages had not suffered any auxiliary damage. MacAlister had numerous complaints about the content of the magazine. Amongst his gripes were the qualities of the forums which he alleged "totally unbelievable and hackneyed in style". In addition he was concerned there were no "ladies of Asian descent" featured in the pictorials for the fourth month running.  The Penthouse magazine returned by Mr Macalister |
